Fresh drinking Water, toilet breaks will be available throughout SMP treatment.

Latex‑free gloves are always used for every consultation and treatment.

All needles, pigments, and single‑use items are fully disposable and replaced between clients.

Treatment rooms and workstations are thoroughly sanitized before and after each appointment.

You can rest assured that every product and piece of equipment is used once and then safely discarded—to give you the highest standard of hygiene and peace of mind.

Our clinic features controlled, secure entry and operates by appointment only—no walk‑ins—to ensure we can dedicate our full attention to each client.

Restrictions

For your safety and the best possible SMP results, please review the following before your appointment:

Active Skin Conditions: Treatment cannot proceed if you have open wounds, cuts, acne, sunburn, psoriasis or eczema flare-ups, or any fungal/bacterial infections.

Contagious Conditions:

SMP must be postponed if any of the following are present until fully healed:

Cold sores (Herpes Simplex Virus)

Impetigo

Fungal infections (e.g., ringworm/tinea)

Infectious folliculitis

Warts (HPV-related)

Scabies or lice

Medical & Procedure History:

Wait at least 12 months after a hair transplant or scalp surgery.

Inform us if you are on blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder (a doctor’s note may be required).

Disclose any history of keloid scarring.

If undergoing hormone therapy (e.g. testosterone), consult your doctor before booking.

Botox & Fillers:

Allow 2–4 weeks after Botox, filler, or other cosmetic treatments (forehead, temple, scalp, or face) before SMP. Ensure there is no swelling present.

Chemical Treatments & Sun Exposure:

Avoid scalp bleaching, colouring, or chemical peels for at least 2 weeks prior.

No tanning or prolonged sun exposure for 2 weeks before your session.

Lifestyle Prep:

No alcohol or caffeine for 24 hours prior.

Arrive with clean, dry hair and scalp (no styling products or conditioner).

You will be refused treatment if under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances. The booking fee remains non-refundable in this case.
